Great customer service! They also have wraps and red light. They have monthly memberships that don't make you sign a contract and cool specials. I also like that I can tan at any location, not just the one I signed up at.

Sunsup is great. They've always had really nice people working at every location I've been to. Everyone greets with a smile and warm greeting :) are not pushy at all and super friendly! Would never go anywhere else again. Everyone who says 'they steal from you' most likely haven't even asked why. You can cancel your account anytime with 30 days notice in writing, have the tanning consultant help you with this, you can pay in cash on the 10th of each month before they take your bill out of your account on the 14th. Ask for all the details of payment and contracts, month to month is great :) AND if you burned, you probably were so eager to start at 3-5 mins and probably went for 7-10 your first time. Of course you will burn. OR you probably irritated your skin by exfoliating or getting a facial or waxing that day or a couple days prior before you went in. Do your research and take care of your skin. Always ask the tanning consultant or an aesthetician about how to best take care of your skin. Ignorant people will blame anyone but themselves.

My gf had a promotion here. At the end of it she wanted to cancel. They told her she only had two more payments. After those "two more" they kept taking out payments. hey have over drafted her bank account twice now. When she asked them about it, they told her the finance people are only reached by fax!? What kind of business is this!? We are still trying to work this out...but I would avoid the hassle unless you want to be locked in with them forever.
