This is the third time in a row that they cut my hair 2 inches shorter than i asked for. They don't really seem to care that they mess my hair up.
I have been taking my 6 year old here for the past year & although initially the experience has been good, it has slowly been going downhill. On the most recent visit, my son's hairline along his forehead was somehow "recreated" and he now looks like a Monchichi ("google" it if you don't already know what that is). I couldn't say anything when we left because I did not want him to be embarrassed about his hair. I have never seen anything like it. The look on my husband's face when we got home was enough to confirm how bad it really is. This morning I saw my son examining it in the mirror. He didn't say anything, but I think he is not happy with it either. I am hoping it's not something his classmates will notice given their age... The cut was done so poorly, I'm not sure how well it's going to grow out, but I'm hoping my he won't notice or care. I doubt I will return. I'd rather pay the girls up at Ensemble Salon double the price than risk this again. If you do take the chance & go to this SportClips, I would suggest "hovering" while they cut your child's hair. I wish I had seen Bill's review from Oct. 1, 2011 sooner...

Great place, very friendly and reasonable prices. It is NOT out of business. Not sure why someone thought it was.
Always friendly, girls are always nice and generally friendly with haircut times :)
