I usually do not write reviews unless the service was exceptional. The salon itself is super cute, clean and the ladies that work there are incredibly attentive. There is one hair stylist in particular who has made my visits an incredible experience time and time again and she is the reason why I am now a loyal customer to Tousled. Her name is Kortney York and she is incredibly talented. Some people just have a gift and land in the right profession and I deeply believe that Kortney is one of them. She listens to her customers needs and always makes sure that they have her full attention. She also is very honest, which is very important to me since there is a healthy dose of trust that you have to have with your hair stylist if they are cutting your hair. I would and do recommend her to anybody I know.

I've been going here since it opened. They do a fantastic job. The girls are inviting and friendly. Plus there's free candy, how can you go wrong with that?

I just came from Jaclyn doing my hair and felt impelled to write a review. Always a great cut and the service Jaclyn provides is top notch. Jaclyn is talented and professional and the salon she has created is a fantastic addition to the West Linn area. Anyone who is looking for a great hair experience has to stop in and see Jaclyn, I highly recommend her!

I've been going to Tousled Salon since it opened, and had gone to Jaclyn at her previous location as well. Always a great experience, and I always leave happy with the cut. She's always on time and professional. I would have no issues referring friends/family/etc to her or anyone at Tousled.
