I had a good experience here. I believe the gals name was Stacy. I'm going back today. Yes, it's busy and there are TVs on, but I just read. I'm not there to socialize, just want a good pedicure. If not friendly, certainly proficient.
I have been to this place several times, but only because of it's proximity to my house. You certainly don't go for the customer service as they are usually very unfriendly, but get the "job" done. Yesterday, though, we were treated so poorly that I will NEVER go back. I was treating my Mother to a pedicure & she accidentally knocked over a bottle of used nail polish & they were very rude to her & made her sit in a chair with no water in the basin for 10 minutes while they cleaned it up, dirty looks and all. They gave her a very sloppy pedicure & then charged FULL PRICE for the cost of the polish. Rude, rude people & mediocre nail work. Save your money & your business for a nicer place. I was so embarassed that my Mom had such a bad experience with her first pedicure.
This is a scam and a fraud unless you get you nails done in the middle of a residential road!!!
