I've tried many spa's in the area of the years, but never found one that I like as much as this one. They have many skilled massage therapists and I'm never disappointed. My wife enjoys the esthetic services from botox to facials. We have had many great experiences and continue to go back.
I decided to give Nova a try and I loved it!. The facility is gorgeous and you can't beat the level of service. From botox/fillers to the wide range of esthetic services and massage, I can personally say that they have earned my trust and loyalty. I will never go anywhere else!
Absolutely awful. Overpriced and the service I got was terrible. After a couple of phone calls and a drop in visit to speak to management, I was avoided and my messages never returned. My approach was pleasant, I never look to give negative reviews or cause trouble, I simply wanted to ask questions and show proof of an awful job done but, I was not given that courtesy. I've deemed them and their management completely unprofessional; I wouldn't send my worst enemy to the location. I will be certain all friends and family avoid this establishment.
I went there mid afternoon. I had a massage there. People were talking very loud. I could hear every conversation and wine bottle popping. It turned out that they were having a Botox party. It was not really relaxing environment. I did not enjoy at all,
