Definitely won't be returning. Not really worth the price ($27+ tip). Came in for a pedicure on a Friday around 5:00, was told I would be waiting about 5 minutes. Which was accurate, but then I sat by myself with my feet in the water for about 20 more minutes. Sanitization seems basic at best. The leg massage was thorough but for whatever reason mainly focused on my shins? Which makes sense I guess for exfoliation & moisturizing, but there's not muscle to massage there and after a while the scrub started to hurt. Their nail polish selection was a weird combo of every single red OPI with a few sparkly ones & the new Hawaii collection and a bunch of brands I've never heard of. Seating during the service is on a long bench with no arms rather than in comfy massage chairs. Customer service was decent. Actual nails turned out fine. Overall happy with the results but not the execution. Edit: the listing on here says pedicures are $27. I was charged $45. At that cost I 100% do not recommend this place.
I just moved to the area in January and have been looking for a decent hair dresser ever since. After an exhaustive search my boss recommended me to Nail Studio and Day Spa off of Lake Newport Drive. They did an amazing job! Cem cut my hair, and he was attentive, kind, and talented. Everyone was very nice, the place was clean, and excellent customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend you get your hair cut here!
After having tried many of the nail salons in the area, I've settled happily with this place as my regular bi-weekly salon for the last several years. I love, love, love the En Vogue gel nails; they are sooo much nicer than acrylics. The service is good, the shop is very clean (so important for the pedi area), and the variety of services offered is great. I was, frankly, shocked by some of the negative reviews I read because my experience has been so reliably good and the other customers who come and go while I'm there seem happy too. I use their aesthetician for facials and she is wonderful. Even my husband likes the nail services here - when I can get him to go in for the rare mani before a special event. I highly recommend this place.
The facility did a fabulous job on my nails! Very clean and professional appearance. The prices are reasonable for the quality of service. I will definitely return!
Went in for mani - it was awful. The nail tech went to push back my cuticles and her equipment had cuticle remover from an earlier appt she just looked at me and wiped it off - no it was not sterilized non of her equipment was. She cut my cuticles w/o asking and the shellac manicure was horrible there are bits of it on my fingers. Unhygenic poor quality service and expensive. Same price as red door who is much cleaner, better ambiance and consistently high quality. The health dept needs to pay these folks a visit.
