Didi Braiding
Reviews
My scalp has sores, I have a headache and still didn't get the style I wanted. There is a "no refund" policy which is fine but I asked them to re-do my hair since the lady who did my weave did not speak english or understand that I wanted my hair to look like the picture I was showing her. I also have sores in my scalp from where the weave was to tight and they still refused to fix it complimentary. While she was doing it I continued to ask her not to make them so tight but she did not understand. i left with a throbbing headache. I had to pay to get it re-done, which instead I decided to leave. The customer service was horrible which is why I now understand why it's so easy to get a last minute appointment. Nobody wants to go there. The place was practically empty when I was there. Prices were decent though.
I have to agree with the reviewer below. This is probably the worse place to go to get your hair braided or any type of service dealing with hair. Didi is not a nice person and she will lie at the drop of a hat. Do not go Didi's for anything. I would not take my dog there for a shampoo. They cannot braid - and the review below is correct - they braid so tight that you cannot move your head. They are not nice people. The worst part - is that these women are not professional braiders. They do the type of hair that you used get sitting on the porch. They have not idea or care about professional braiding. Please - take your money and go somewhere else. Perhaps, the owner will learn customer service and quality work is important - only then will this shop shape up. I beg you - leave these people alone. It is not worth your money or time.
