I took my wife here at "Simply Heaven Saloon" for the eyebrow and forehead waxing. They did a horrible job. The beautician peeled off the skin of her eyelids. when my wife complained to the manager, she didn't take any action and told my wife to put some ice on it. The lady responsible for the incident never came forward to say sorry. I am planning to file a complain against them. I would recommend you to have your insurance ready before you set foot inside the "Simply Heaven" saloon. "Simply Heaven" might turn your day into "Hell".
