DON'T JUDEGE BASED ON PAST REVIEWS!!!! I just moved to the area from CA and this location was the closest one to me. I was so hesitant to go here based on the reviews. I called and spoke with Kelly over the phone she was so cheerful, nice and answered all of my questions. I went ahead and scheduled a consultation with her to address some other questions and concerns I had before I started my treatment here. She was willing and able to answer all of them with excellent knowledge. I went ahead and got my treatment after being set at ease with her. Today I went back for my follow up treatment, there is now a new office manager named Megan. She is GREAT!!! I can already tell there is such an energy change in that place and it was only my second visit there. The staff is so friendly and so eager to help. The laser technicians are so nurturing and care about your comfort (even though so places are not so comfortable) lol. You have to check this place out it has really changed.

If you are considering alternatives to plastic surgery, this is the place to go. I have had several proceedures done at the Sterling office by Kelly and she is unbelievable! She knows what she is doing, is well qualified, and one of the kindest people I could ever hope to meet. The results are visible and remarkable! Try it. You will not believe the difference laser makes!

Ann is talking about Sarah she is the manager if the location also the one to do the clinic consults. She is very fast talking and unethical. I feel terrible for the techinicians that work for her and anyone that falls for tactics. Sarah will make each person that walks through the door feel bad about themselves just so she can make a sale. I have heard her say to someone that was coming in for a treatment not even inquiring about the treatments "Dont you want to look better and get rid of the hyperpigmentation on your face. You have a beautiful face you should really do something about that." then the next thing you know the poor person is purchasing into a 3000 package if not more. The last thing I want to hear when making an appointment is hearing someone else be put down. DONT be fooled by her!! She knows nothing about the esthetic industry and will treat you like you are nothing once you have signed up. She will make sure you get your first treatment as soon as possible so you cannot get a refund from the clinic (in her defense she is told to do this by her superior). Other locations are not like this, I STRONGLY recommend you take the extra drive and go to the Centreville location. Atleast there you will be treated with respect and not a walking $ sign. It's sad that a company will stoop this low to have this type of person work for them. Because of this woman this clinic isn't worth a single star (unfortunately I cant post without giving one)!

I went to this location for a consultation and I was extremely disturbed by the lack of professionalism at this clinic. Sarah is completely untrustworthy and she was extremely pushy. She told me that the only day I could get the deal that she was offering me is if I signed up that day. She makes you feel like crap if you can't give up $15,000 at that very instant. I'd like to see her try to do the same. I do not recommend this facility to anyone. I am sure there are many other places that are more professional, friendly, respectful and less expensive.

I had horrible customer service there. They never introduce themselves and they charge way too much. I will never go back there. They did not fix anything that they said they would.
