Really great staff and Managers. Very friendly and made me feel welcomed to the store every time!

Terrible! Someone left an open box cutter in the middle of an aisle. My 2 year old picked it up (because that's what kids do). Luckily he wasn't hurt, but when I handed the box cutter to the owner saying he found it in the aisle, rather than apologizing, she told me I should be watching my kid better. Guess what lady: people who buy hair products sometimes have kids! Even at Home Depot, where I expect there to be dangerous items around, they at least take some measure of precaution. They leave sharp stuff higher up, NOT in the middle of the floor! So after I handed her the box cutter back, she put it back on the floor. Open still! I can't believe this place.

do not buy hair products from this store. unlike the reputable stores such as ulta, target, etc. these people will NOT let you return or exchange if you tell them you have used and was not satisfied. the sales people just standing around doing not much did not have knowledge to inform me the right way. for an example, there is a product for hair scalp stimulator they sell (which is $10 more than what you pay via online stores), was supposed to be used in conjunction of same line shampoo. i did not know so a naive consumer as myself purchased believing it d work. i now have a spray that gives dandruff flakes which is totally useless. do not buy anything from this store. they will rip you off. trust me on this.

I LOVE this place! Parri, whom has a station in the back cuts my hair and I can get my granddaughter's special shampoo for her hair, since she swims in Chlorine a lot, there and they will get anything I need, order it. Always friendly, great product choice, and one of the best hair stylist's around.!!!!!

I have been here about three times. I also had my daughter with me, who was darting through the aisles trying to hide from me. No one said anything to me (although I would understand a polite request to stop the child; but as any mom knows, that's easier said than done!) The main reason I stop by here is that they carry Zoya nail polishes, I would say a selection of about 200 colors (which is by no means the whole collection, however). If you know anything about Zoya, you know they have stunning colors but are sold just about nowhere except online, so it's nice to have someplace to see the colors in person.
