These ladies are nice but are terrible at being able to balance multiple customers. I went in and waited 15 minutes and was next in line, only wanting a lip wax which only takes a few minutes. Then another lady came in saying she was in a rush and needing a mani/pedi. Next thing I know that lady was being helped and I was told I had to wait another 10 minutes. I ended up leaving and told them that wasn't fair, as if my time wasn't valuable, and seems like just cause the other lady was spending more money, she was serviced before me. There were also a couple of occasions where they were charging different prices for a lip wax. Most times it was $5 then other times it was $6 or $7 dollars. They need to be more consistent with their prices and service.
