So I was told I would get in in 15 minutes or so if I just showed up. Well here I am, and I have been waiting for an hour now contemplating just leaving. The weird thing is, I was the first one here and since I've been here, three other people have come and gone after me? The three women here spent more time talking to one another then actually working. Oh and they were trying to train someone new even when there is now 6 people waiting. This is the second bad experience I have had here, and I've only been here twice. This is your warning, go somewhere else!
I am a guy, and I went in to get a hair cut around when it opened. Generally, I have never found a place that can screw up a guy's hair cut if all he wants is number 4 clippers on the side and a cut off the top. The woman that served me, was too afraid to use the clippers because they are "too new" and didn't want to cut me. She spent an hour and a half going at my hair with scissors, leaving it uneven, until a manager came over and instructed her how to properly cut my hair. If you want to train new people, don't train them on me without my permission. The worst hair cut, I have ever had. I had to get a second hair cut at First Choice afterwards.
Not only did they cut my hair poorly they almost bleached it by leaving the dye in. I complained and was told "you'll be fine with it" Never go here if you like your hair
