I have been to many many other beauty supply stores but "WOW" Beauty Supply in Reseda is worth my hour drive from Ventura every two weeks. There's nothing like this super store in Ventura County. I find everything I love there and they even have products I never would have known about had I not ventured out of isolated Ventura county where it's a bit slow. You'd think being just north of LA Ventura would be on it and competing with LA stores. What ever you need "WOW" has it. They have great hours too and stay open on some holidays....like july 4th. Their selection of wigs is out of this world. The employees remember you and even remember what you like and show you new styles that have come in they know you'll want to try. I love wigs because to me it's like part of wearing your clothes. How boring to have the same hair everyday and expect it to look good with ALL of your outfits!!!!! seriously. LOL. you have to wear hair that compliments I think anyway. I think the prices are reasonable. They offer variety of products in variety of price ranges. You won't be disappointed. There's always ample parking in the Ralphs shopping center on Vanoween st near Reseda Blvd in Reseda CA. Ive always been helped and greeted by smiling employees. I've called too and I know they are busy so I make sure I have my question down to exactly what Im needing. They are very helpful. go early though if there is a holiday or event happening to get the best stuff

It's like oasis in San Fernando Vally! I've been looking for some good hair appliances and hair dyes for professional use the box ones from Target or CVS that doesn't work or last long enough.... Good thing it was open to public! I thought u have to have a cosmetology license to shop there.. So, I walked in and..... Walla~~~~!!! No wonder they named it WOW~~ lol I mean I was amazed by their hair extension and wig selections ... HUGE~~~~!!! O.O Make me wanna wear a wig or something..!!!! lol I think I'll go back to buy some wigs for myself and colloquies for the Halloween and some hairs for my mom.. She's almost 70 and she's been losing lot of hair... * TIP: Must join the FREE membership! They sent me coupons by email!!!

Huge selection! Great prices! Customer friendly! I always leave happy.

Pros: Clean environment, Big Selection of products, Clearance Items Available, Exchanges available on certain items. Cons: Employees aren't very knowledgeable about products, If you're not careful you can easily get overcharged (ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!) and despite most of the people that shop there are black I've never seen a black person employed by WOW.
