I learn to love this place because the beautiful ladies that work here specially Kelly and katy. excellent job. Friendly atmosphere.
Went for my first time. Must say extremely satisfied. Kevin is awesome I'm definitely going back.
My mom and I have been going here for years. The people are lovely, the mani/pedis last a long time, and they have those wonderful massage chairs! I highly suggest it.
I have been coming here for about a year now. Every 3 weeks or so (it's my only girly indulgence). I have had great experiences with mani's, peti's, brow waxing, and even facials! Now that I am 8 months pregnant the girls even spend a little extra time rubbing my swollen feet during a pedicure :-) Like most places I have my "go to" girls... Sonia, Helen, & Chi... there is also a young man who works here that is quick yet detailed... Mike, maybe? You really can't go wrong with anyone though. and they aren't that busy on Sunday's which has been nice!
My daughter and I went for a "girl's day". My daughter got a mani-pedi and I got just a basic manicure. The selection of polishes was mostly from the 99 cent store so I just used my own clear polish, but was charged full price. The technician cut all my nails so short that it will take weeks for them to grow own and did not even use oil or cream on my cuticles. When I am paying for just a basic manicure and not even getting polish that is the least I would expect! My daughters nails looked cute but the polish began chipping within 2 hours and had completely peeled off by the end of the day! When I was in the salon I saw they carried Dermalogica products which I love and asked about a particular one. They were out of stock, but said they could order one for me if I pre-paid. I thought it was odd I had to pre-pay since the owner or manager said that it was out of stock because it was one of the "most popular" items but she told me I was entitled to a discount since I was paying $36 for the service I had that day!!!!!! She looked at her price sheet and let me know the product was $35, which I paid and was told I would receive a call when it came in. I noticed that on the receipt I was charged for a sea salt scrub and an additional service. I asked about it as I wanted to ensure there wouldn't be a problem when i picked it up. I was assured that it was rung up that way so it would ring up at the discounted price. The mani-pedi and the manicure were also rung up under different codes. Today, 3 days later I received a call letting me know that my product was in, BUT I needed to pay another $13 to pick it up! Ridiculous. Why is it that these businesses think that they can take advantage of customers by making them wait for a product that they could have ordered online or elsewhere and then switch the price. Horrible customer service. Horrible products. The employee that helped my daughter was VERY NICE though.
