This place is utterly deplorable. The manager or whatever he is was just as rude as the woman doing my nails. I told her she needed to redo one finger and she flat out refused. When the manager got someone else to do it, the new woman said four fingers needed to be redone. They then tried to charge me full price even after the bad experience I was having. Unbelievably unprofessional - buyer beware!
Absolutely disappointed with the way I was treated! I have been going to this salon for a year. But today the woman that waxed my eyebrows was rude and seemed offended when I the paying customer made a comment about my eybrows needing a little more fixing up . When I get to the counter to pay the woman made a comment to another employee in their language and pointed at her eyebrow oh I was livid she had the audacity to do that right in front of me!! But I'm better than making a fool of myself or causing a scene so I took my change, NO TIP, and went on my way. They most definitely lost a customer
The price was great. Got a full set and they have sure lasted longer then other places. However, I wasn't extremely happy with my nail art.
