I was so impressed with this spa! From the moment you walk in, every tiny detail is catered to your relaxation! The staff was so professional and courteous, and the waiting room was filled with neat gift ideas. Nothing compared to the services though, so far I've had my hair styled, facial, and a deep tissue massage. I honestly would not have changed a thing. this is certainly a place to spend some time taking care of 'you'. And for everything that you receive, the price is well worth it. Cant wait to go back for more!

I went to Cloud 9 for a massage after I received a gift card for Christmas. I had no idea a place like this existed. It was so calm and serene. I was shown where to change into a robe and slippers. The bathrooms were immaculate. The robe and towels were fluffy and clean. I was then shown to a room where I was offered tea and snacks while I waited for my massage (I waited about 3 minutes). The room where I had the massage smelled wonderful and the massage therapist was just absolutely incredible. Every single person at the spa was very friendly and professional. It truly was just a luxurious and heavenly experience. I would highly suggest getting a massage at Cloud 9.

I'm very surprised some people have had bad experiences here. I had the most extraordinary massage with Jennifer. Just transcendent. I also thought the customer service was really top notch. Maybe they have improved in this area?

Cloud 9 is THE BEST spa experience! I absolutely love all the services - it is great to have a haven in this busy daily life. I have been an exclusive customer of C9 since moving to G'ville to attend UF - you guys have never let me down! My boss introduced me to your services with a gift certificate, and I haven't been elsewhere since! I had a wonderful spa day for my wedding preparation, and I most recently had a wonderful time with a Mommy-to-be massage! I love, love, love Cloud 9! Keep up the great work!

I was disappointed in my last visit to get a pedicure at Cloud 9. I booked a signature pedicure that was supposed to last an hour. The girl that did my pedicure barely spoke during the entire treatment, and seemed to rush through as fast as she could. My one hour pedicure lasted about 40 minutes...they have an option for a 40 minute pedi and it is cheaper than the signature ($65), so I kind of felt cheated out of my money. I felt like she was just ready to be done with her job. She had put so much lotion on my legs that when I left, I realized that it hadn't been rubbed in and my legs were greasy. This is the third time that I have had a disappointing experience and I will be looking for another spa to frequent. I really, really wanted to be able to say that I was wowed by my experience, but I just wasn't. *******UPDATE!****** The manager contacted me and apologized for the situation, once I left them a feedback email. She returned my money and offered to schedule a service with someone at the spa that I have used before who always has done a good job. I was really impressed that she tried to make things better and because of that I am going to give it another shot.
