NY Nails has a return customer right here! I went in today for the first time after debating for weeks wether to go or not after the reviews I read here that didn't fair too well. I went in today, on a Monday around 3 for a fill-in for my acrylic set. I walked in and was greeted immediately and taken after a few minutes by the main male tech. From start to finish he was extremely meticulous, polite. He even noticed that my previous set had so much lifting and suggested removal for precaution and did not charge me for the take-off. The salon is large, and fairly clean. The polish selection isn't that great so be prepared if you don't accustom to bringing your own colors. Luckily I found a beautiful color from Essie that looked great. Give them a chance. Their prices are pretty reasonable too which is a plus considering what I have seen in Gainesville. Give them a try!

The salon is okay. The women were really nice but the one doing my pedicure was got clipper happy and cut a piece of my skin! Even after 30 minutes it was still bleeding as I left the salon. The pain made the whole experience horrible. She was overly rough with my toes and it was not relaxing at all. The prices were okay. It was 22 dollars for a plain pedicure, but for what it was I am disappointed. I will not go back here.

the lady that did my french manicure was very kind and talented. i will definitely be back. plus it's conveniently reached by either the 12 or the 35 bus routes. :) reasonably priced too

This place was great. The ladies who work there are very kind and do an amazing job. They have a massage chair which is HEAVENLY! This is a relaxing environment with reasonable prices. Perfect for college students!

Awful service. The ladies barely speak English, and the attendant cut my toe while giving me a pedicure. The gel polish they used smudged 30 minutes after leaving the shop and they said they would only re-do one finger nail and one toe nail. When I asked them to re-do all of them with better quality gel, they said no. I then said that I wanted a refund and they refused. I am currently reporting them to the BBB. DON'T GOT TO THIS SALON!!!
