I had a great experience with this salon. I went in and got my hair cut by Alec. He did a GREAT job and gave me a wonderful cut. Unfortunately it wasn't what I had been looking for, so after emailing the salon I was instructed to call and talk to Sarah. Sarah was very understanding and set up an appointment for me to come in and get my hair changed to something more me. My second go around I was with stylist Cassie, I was blown away at how nice and attentive to detail she is. She made sure she would be doing exactly what I wanted. Even though my hair was so short I thought nothing could be done she turned it into a masterpiece. It was overall a great experience and I would recommend this salon to anyone.

Awful. They couldn't even flat iron my hair. (It lasted about 30 seconds before going all over the place) Took her about an hour to do it, and I was told it was $10 over the phone... I go in and they charge me $30. The entire time I was getting it done my stylist was talking to some teenager about stealing money and they were both just overall being belligerent and annoying. I also got a full face wax... she didn't even wax my full face... just bits and pieces leaving me to have to go home and shave the parts she missed; but I sure as hell got charged for a full face wax. - another $25.

Jeffery has been doing my hair for seven years! He is absolutely the best of the best! I send all my friends and co-workers to him too. The salon's atmosphere is amazing as well. The staff are always friendly and inviting. They carry the best products in town too. I won't use anything other than Redken on my hair. Love love love!!!

Salon 5402 is an amazing place full of talented stylists. They can really do it all and the place is like family from day 1. I would recommend 5402 to anybody male/female young or old. It truly is an awesome experience that is all about making the customer happy and rolling out the red carpet for you on every appointment : )

Chelsea Oxendine, is amazing with color her attention to detail and artistic ability to create incredible hair blows my mind each time i leave her chair. I would highly recommend chelsea for any of your hair concerns! I have never felt more beautiful! Thanks Chelsea!
