I moved to the area and was really concerned about finding a new ideal image as I was a fairly new client. Imagine my delight when I walked in to the Gainesville location and recieved a warm welcome. They answered all my questions and were very kind and professional. Dixie, my tech, was great. going slow and helping me get used to the procedures. Now I actually look forward to my visits and I LOVE THE RESULTS! I thought for sure getting my lips and neck area would be really painful and horrid. But no it is really a breeze and by the time I leave I am barely red and have no tenderness. I would recommend this to anyone thinking about it. In fact I wish I had done this earlier and not been such a scaredy cat! My 14 year old daughter is just waiting to be old enough so she can start on some of her areas--under arms and eyebrows...lol

I have been going to this location for about 7 years now. The staff is ALWAYS wonderful. The last time I went to do my "touch up" , Brittany Scheetz took care of me very professional. That day, they were having some terrible air conditioning problems but despite that problem, Brittany handled it very professional and keep me cool as much as she could through the whole treatment. They didn't stop working because of the air conditioning. Thank you Ideal Image staff for being so professional and keep my experience always positive.

Ridiculously expensive. Very corporate feeling & cold, they will push you into signing a contract with them. I'm not satisfied with my results either, they are not thorough with there work & I've been burnt on several occasions. Even if you want to stop getting treatment they still will charge you massive amounts of money. Way too expensive, I wouldn't suggest getting treatment here, you could go somewhere less corporate and probably get a much more reasonable price & payment plan.

I am SO happy with my results! At first I was hesitant to get my bikini area done, but now I am so amazed with my results that I am going to do my legs AND under arms next :) This location is fabulous. All of the staff here are very helpful and super friendly. They go above and beyond to help me work in my treatments with my busy schedule. The office is always clean and welcoming. The nurse practitioners and physician assistants are well trained and make you feel at ease during your treatments. I would definitely recommend Ideal Image in Gainesville. Trust me-- you won't be disappointed!!

My first experience at Ideal Image in Gainesville Florida was one of complete satisfaction! I arrived a little early to be greeted quite warmly by a very helpful receptionist and offered a beverage of choice. My wait time was very short and the atmosphere was both relaxing and gracious. After my initial consultation I decided to go with LHR for two areas and was given a multiple-area discount, which made the deal even sweeter. I have been a customer for 7 months now and have loved my treatments. The technicians are wonderful (especially Dixie) and they always make me feel that I am in good hands. They use only FDA approved lasers and their technicians are certified in LHR with many holding medical degrees. They also give you 9 treatments to ensure proper removal and guarantee their work, with future touch-ups (if needed) being at a very affordable discount. If you are considering LHR Ideal Image is the place to go!
