I have been going to Anne in this spa for several years now. I LOVE how my nails look every time I leave. I have sent several friends for nails and pedicures and all have raved. Good service. If you make an appointment she is always on time. Very friendly staff.

I went in last Saturday because I got a gift certificate from a friend. I have never thought of this spa because every time I went by it it just didn't seem like the group of ladies were very professional. But someone gave it to me as a gift so I figured it was because it was a decent place. When I walked in the women were friendly and seemed to want to listen to what I wanted. I wanted to try their spa pedicure with paraffin wax. Another woman had walked in at the same time as me and only wanted their cheapest pedicure (without the paraffin wax). As I sat there I saw a lot of inconsistencies between the two women doing the work since I was sitting right next to the other woman that had walked in. My technician didn't seem to be as thorough, even though I asked. I asked for them to use the callus shaver for my heels because I like it better. I was told that they don't use that there and used a different tool that looked like a pedi-egg but with a handle. As the pedicure continued the woman would not do certain things that even the woman paying less money was getting. But I tried to keep an open mind because she seemed to be trying to do a good job. Ultimately she finished my pedicure at the same time the other technician finished the shorter pedicure. All in all the experience wasn't horrible, but where it gets bad is that not two days later my heels have cracks, which I've never had before, and they are dry, rough and looking worse than when I went in! Why would anyone pay $32 for a pedicure that you have to get redone in a week? I normally go to Happy Nails by Target and their pedicures last at least 3 weeks! Yes, 3 weeks!!! I will not go back here and I would never send anyone. Oh and during the time they were working the two technicians you could tell were clearly making fun of another technician's work. Not a good work ethic if you ask me. Go to Happy Nails if you're looking for inexpensive, good pedicure.

I must say this has been the worst salon I have been to in years. A friend recommended the new gel polish so I decided to try it. I had two women working on me. One was doing my pedicure and the other was doing my manicure. I was the only person in the salon and I couldn't understand why they were doing both at the same time. Especially when it was very uncomfortable. I love getting manicures and pedicures because I get the opportunity to relax. I honestly felt rushed. After the third coat of gel I noticed some very noticeable imperfections. I mentioned it to the women working on my nails. At that point she finally decides to sit me down on the actual manicure desk. She pulled out this drill thing that I believe is used on acrylic nails and starts removing the gel from my nail. After a few seconds all of a sudden my nail starts hurting terribly. Like a nerve had been hit. I told her to stop and she seemed surprised. This must be the most painful thing I have ever felt. After 2 hours of being there she fixed my nail which now has this huge dent in the center of it. It has been a few hours and my nail still hurts. Not to mention that several nails are still horrible. Trust me after her hurting my nail I wasn't going to allow her to touch or fix any other one. I will never ever go to this salon again. The women could have been a bit more apologetic and not blame it on my sensitivity. Are you kidding me? Seriously...please consider other nail salons.

I really love their spa pedicures. They really take the time to luxuriously massage your legs and feet. The hot towel over your legs while your toes get painted feels great! They are very affordable and go out of their way to make you satisfied. The facilities are clean and nail technicians skilled.
