Used to be good. Only coloring still rates well. I have had multiple consecutive bad to bleh experiences at this location. I gave one last chance and they failed again. They are administratively incompetent. You will wait inordinate times and often be switched to new stylists because of that incompetence. You have the same odds of a good hair cut/style here now as you do at Supercuts at quadruple the price. The colorists are still talented, but I have deleted Marios from my contact list because of everything else.
I asked for a chocolate brown dye with a tint of red (a more vibrant color of my natural shade) and came out with hair bright red at the roots and purple-tinted on the bottom. I also couldn't find my stylist before leaving since she walked out immediately after washing out my hair. I have had better dye experiences with drugstore box dye and will be using that to fix my hair after today.
Do not go here for color!!! I asked for my naturally dark blond hair (that had been lightened) to be dyed back to a dark blond. It came out dark blond at the roots and a chocolate brown-auburn color at the bottom. I have spent the last 24 hour hours just crying on and off and staying inside the house. I am taking the next weekday off work and going back to my original salon to spend about $350 fixing the mutilation this place caused. STAY AWAY!!!
