The best place ever! Seriously. It feels just like a home, such a comfortable vibe, the music is awesome, the all of the people there are the sweetest. Even the clients!!! I traveled all the way from DC (about an hour drive) just to get here and it was all worth it. I can trust what they're saying and the knowledge Omer has about hair is astonishing. I can't get over how awesome they are and that I've finally found a salon I trust with my hair. I'm in love!

i have been treated very well by the staff at filiz, in particular, senay. appointments are pretty easy to make, she does the best hair wash EVER, and listens to what i want when cutting my hair. i initially went on a groupon and had highlights done which were very nice. i will continue to see senay .... hope she doesn't leave!!

I have had most every product and service at Filiz's with extreme happiness with the result. The staff is so caring and it is always a pleasure to be in the expert hands of Filiz Hair Design. I just left there from having a Pedicure, Manicure and Facial from Ms. Rose it was fabulous. Omar is my hair designer and he is so talented. I first came to Omer at Filiz Hair Design by recommendation from my boyfriend's family, but have continued to go for almost two years now although I don't live in Maryland. Omer is the type of hair stylist that you could come in with absolutely no direction and he would have the vision and talent to make you look and feel more beautiful than you could have imagined. He's a genius when it comes to men's and women's cuts (speaking from personal experience) and quite possibly one of the friendliest people I've ever met. I also love seeing the beautiful up-dos that Omer and the other stylists do while I'm waiting for my boyfriend's hair to be cut - I would definitely recommend Filiz for a special occasion (wedding, prom, party, etc).
