I am always pleased when I leave the salon. I see Susan, she never lets me down and she's very nice. I have gone in there with an awful cut from another salon and she fixed it. I have seen other stylists there as well and they are all talented. In response to another comment - this is a salon. Not a barber shop, not a hair cuttery, you're going to pay more for more experienced work.

I recently visited Cavallaro & Co for my very first time. I had the pleasure of seeing curly hair expert, Amanda. I am an ethnic client, with mixed race curly hair (3b). Amanda was amazing. The moment I sat in her chair, she made me feel comfortable. She wasn't in a hurry to immediately get started. Instead, she took the time to talk to me about my concerns, what I was hoping to achieve with this visit and my care techniques. She made sure that I was 100% okay with anything she did. I couldn't be more satisfied with my haircut. Using the DevaChan method, Amanda gave my hair the shape and volume it needed. I would recommend her to any "Curly Sue" out there. I made sure to make my next appointment before walking out the door!!

I recently moved to Columbia and was looking for a new stylist. I had seen my last hair dresser for 15 years, and was looking for a new "go-to" place. After reading dozens of reviews online I decided to try this salon, and was not disappointed. I saw George, who has been with the salon for years and years. I had a photograph of a new hairstyle I wanted to try, and he really helped me pull it off. It was a collaborative effort - he explained all of the different features of the cut and worked with me to customize it to my face shape and hair type. He explained every step before he cut, and the end result was fantastic. I am totally going back. The salon was clean and comfortable, and George was professional, efficient and talented. It's more expensive than the barber, but it's not what I would consider an expensive salon. I'm happy with my haircut, and feel it's a very good value.

I have always hated going to get my hair cut or styled untill I found Susan at Cav. & Co. I used to feel like they actually ruined my cut or color & would always vow never to go back. I have even tried to cut my own hair just to keep from having to go to a butcher. But then I found at Cav. & Co. Susan is different, she is very knowledgable, creative, & professional. She makes me beautiful. People always ask, "I love your haircut, who did it?" Ive been going to Susan for 4 years now & have taken numerous others to her for stying or cuts. All of which loved what she designed for them. I finally have a Great stylist. Thanks Susan.
