My husband bought me a "Fall Foilage" package for my birthday and the services were amazing. My technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable. My appointed started on time and went exactly as scheduled. I would highly recommend Oasis Day Spa for those who are looking for a relaxing day!

I don't usually write reviews regarding salons and spas I go to, but this experience was just so bad that I must share. I took my mom here for Mother's Day this year--just simple pedicures for both of us. We arrived at 11 and they told me the appointment was for 1130. I am positive that I scheduled for 11, but I figured, ok, we'll just go grab coffee and come back. So we get back and we sit, waiting for our technicians to get there. There were mosquitoes flying around. My technician showed up just on time and was very "short" with any comments until the next tech showed up for my mom 20 mins LATE. One of the chairs had the massage rollers stuck out so that you couldn't use it or lean against the chair. My technician spent the entire time complaining about working Mother's Day and how it wasn't fair that people got to come in that day and she had to be here. She also said to another technician there (who I assume was newer) that she should not plan on getting out when she is scheduled to and that her day would be spent there waiting on other mothers. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I will say that they did give me a slight discount for the inconvenience of the broken chair, but between the wait, the attitude, and the mosquitoes, it was not worth it. I read reviews which made this claim about going here on Mother's Day prior to scheduling and thought it was just a fluke...I should have listened.

Came here for a Brazilian (my first!) and underarm wax. I was extremely nervous beforehand due to the nature of my services. The therapist was friendly and professional and my nerves instantly went away. The facility is clean and well kept. They use organic wax which is great because I have very sensitive skin. I will be back and will be sending my all my friends here for the waxing.

I am new in the Columbia Md., I have tried a few different spa's and I must say this place was the most courteous ! The massage therapist was confident and highly experience also, the front desk staff went out of their way to make sure my experience was pleasurable!
