The absolute worst! Got their Perisian gettaway package, it was a Cold, bad atmosphere, owner tried to sell beauty products during the entire facial while telling my wife she had terrible looking skin and needed to buy everything. To top it off they cancelled the mani/pedi at the end with 0 notice. I can't believe that my bday give to her turned into complete crap. Run Away!!

I saw a bunch of negative reviews on yelp. But I went and got my hair cut today. The stylist was great, friendly and I love my new haircut! I will go back!

I found a Groupon for this salon for a mani-pedi and thought I would give it a try. I got the best manicure I have ever had. The nail tech listened to my desires and left me with the perfect length and shape nails. How refreshing. The pedicure was also very good but I was a tad surprised there wasn't more massage involved; but I realize it was a basic pedicure, not a spa pedicure, so I suppose that makes sense. The salon itself is very clean, beautiful and the photos on their site are an accurate representation of what the salon looks like. If anything, they don't do the salon enough justice. The salon has a posh feel and you get the sense that you will be pampered. When I was leaving I was even offered another special they were running if I booked my next appointment then. The only thing the threw me off a little was they have a sign in sheet like you would see at a doctor's office. I have never seen this in a salon before and didn't even notice it at first so I stood there stupidly waiting to speak to the receptionist because she was checking people out. Overall, I loved it.

I have a LOT of very frizzy, curly hair that is very hard to work with. Stylists have always ignored the challenges that come with my hair and have tried cutting it like they would any other hair leaving me very dissatisfied. Not here, however. Nicole immediately saw how much trouble my hair was and cut it in a very cute way without making me spend an hour on it everyday just to tame it. She explained what I could do it help keep my hair looking nice and answered all questions I had without any condescension. I am very pleased with the result. Not only that, but the price was incredibly reasonable. It was much cheaper than the haircuts I've had that have made me counting down the inches until I could have a pony tail again. It was a great experience in every way possible and I would recommend Carmel Day Spa & Salon (as well as Nicole) to anyone.

Shoreh and the whole staff couldn't be more welcoming. They do a wonderful job at balancing the difference between a busy schedule and a pleasureable relaxing experience. I always enjoy visiting Carmel Day Spa.
