Hands down... AWFUL. I don't mind paying a pretty penny for my hair. Let's be realistic, you get what you pay for. But it is not just about the hair, it's the atmosphere and the people who are doing it. What a depressing place. The employees are not happy and it show's everywhere. Come to find out that gorgeous new style you walk out with, that cost a good buck and the stylist did a great job doesn't get squat for it. The owner pretty much charges these stylist for everything down to the credit card charge. Who ever heard of that. If I go to the 7Eleven is the cashier going to have to pay for my cc charge. I spent $160 my hair took two hours, my stylist got maybe, after all of the deductions from the greedy owner, $30 bucks. REALLY. I will never go back there!!!!! They stylist's are the one who keeps the doors open! Maybe the owners should be less greedy (I have never heard such ridiculous pay) your employees will be more happy.
Michael cut my hair and did a kickass job no more split ends and with curley hair that's very hard to accomplish their massage shampoo chair was awesome ill deffinatly be back
