I had tried many skin care specialists through the years, and I will never go to anyone else now that I have found Tess. Her knowledge and skills are exceptional, and she makes me feel so comfortable and totally relaxed. She does lots of very special things for her clients, and you can tell she just loves her work.

We bought a google offer for a facial here and were excited to try out a new business. After 3 months of weekly calls leaving messages (no one ever answered) with none returned we were forced to give up on trying to even schedule an appointment. Talk about disappointing customer service.
