I have been to this location several times and always ask myself why do I keep going back....for the sake of convenience? The owner Jennifer is rude, abrupt and lacks customer service skills. When a busy mom wants to get a mani/pedi done in a relaxing environment ...she doesn't want to hear the technicians screaming at each other and telling jokes in a foreign language and checking other customers out. The receptionist who took my appointment could barely speak English(A+ for effort) and it was frustrating to make my request understood. I have been a client of Tammy's for a while and am always pleased with her work...however...I find it unpleasant to watch the owner slouching in a massage chair playing on her Ipad ...in skimpy clothes... and other technicians having their lunch and chewing with mouths open in front of me. This is not the environment to relax and pamper yourself...just get the polish on and get out. Will not be returning to this location and would discourage future clients.. there a many other locations in Orleans to choose from ...very poor management.

Absolutely terrible. TERRIBLE. At first, my experience was not so bad. The young receptionist was very kind but once I had gotten seated for my manicure and pedicure, an older lady named Lisa who barely spoke english attended to me. Usually that is not an issue but she did not listen to any of my requests regarding how I wanted my nails cut and polished. Not only that but during this entire process which is supposed to be relaxing, she was screaming at her fellow co-workers in a conversation. Now, I do not have a problem with this as I was reading my book but whenever she did attempt to talk to me, she was very rude and abrupt. Once the manicure and pedicure was finished, she left me at the drying stations with no instructions on how to use it or how long I was supposed to wait and I was basically forgotten about. It was only after 30 minutes that she had realized I was still there and man-handled me to the front. Although the manicure and pedicure was fairly inexpensive, I will not be returning. I am sure that the other nail technicians are kind but this Lisa had made the experience so terrible and uncomfortable that I would not recommend this branch.
